Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. toto69 assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from your access or use of the platform where such activity is prohibited.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) toto69 account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence. toto69 strongly encourages all users to review our Responsible Gaming guidelines before depositing or placing any wager.

3.1 Registration Information. When registering for a toto69 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a chosen password. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC). toto69 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are authorized. toto69 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. toto69 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed authorized by you. 3.4 Account Ownership. toto69 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held within it to another party. Any attempted transfer of an account will result in immediate suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. toto69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced KYC verification may be required for deposits exceeding Rp 10.000.000 within a 24-hour period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. toto69 targets a maximum processing time of 4 hours for all withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified.

4.4 Zero Fees. toto69 does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the toto69 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. toto69 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. toto69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this clause, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. Some game types — including but not limited to certain live dealer games and progressive jackpots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the platform.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using low-risk or hedging bet strategies specifically designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 toto69's Discretion. toto69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The offering of a bonus on one occasion does not create an obligation to offer the same bonus on any future occasion.

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports markets — including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are governed by the specific market rules published on the platform. Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets including Asian Handicap, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed at time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment the market is suspended or closed.

6.2 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the official output of the respective source draw (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). toto69 publishes result archives and third-party verification references for all draws. In the event of a discrepancy between toto69's published result and the official source draw, the official source draw result shall be definitive.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted in real time. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be withdrawn or amended. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically entitle the user to a refund; outcomes are determined by the result at the point of system record. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the game session.

6.4 Slot Games. All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual session. toto69 does not manipulate RTP values.

6.5 Void and Cancelled Events. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, toto69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account. Users of toto69 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a system error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in breach of applicable financial crime laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure implemented on the toto69 platform.
• Impersonating toto69 staff, other users, or any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that toto69 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its games or the experience of other users.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the toto69 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of toto69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. toto69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content on the platform are provided under license from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Those providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content.

9.1 No Warranty. The toto69 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. toto69 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.

9.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, toto69's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your toto69 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. toto69 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond toto69's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third parties.

11.1 By toto69. toto69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

11.2 By the User. You may close your toto69 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, toto69 will process any withdrawable balance to your registered payment account within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active investigation is pending.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by toto69 or the user — all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

toto69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the toto69 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
